2018 New Years Resolutions

It's better late than never. Am I right?

2018 has been an interesting year already. Full of adventures and new beginnings. after two weeks of 2018 I realized that I didn't make any new years resolutions. So, heres to 2018 and the resolutions I want to accomplish.

1. Be more adventurous

I want to travel more and do new things I haven't done before. This year I went actual camping for the first time. A tent, beach, fire and freezing my booty off. It was a lot of fun, but really cold.

2. Get my teaching certificate and get my first teaching job.

In late 2017 I decided to go back to school to get my teaching certificate. I am currently in school and working towards my certificate. My goal is to get my first teaching job for the fall of 2018. ( I do have a blog post on this teacher name decor.)

3. Hit the gym again

I know this is the cliche of New Years resolutions, but as much as I love 2017 I did slack on working out i did gain weight again. It's not about looking a certain way, it's about feeling good about myself again.

4. Eating healthier again

This is another New Years resolution cliche, but with my blog it keeps me motivated to stay healthy. I have been experimenting with meal prepping and so far I have been enjoying it. It takes about an hour a week to meal prep my lunches for work. I am slowly working into healthy eating, because just like working out you can't just do a 180 diet. I am hoping to post some of my meal prep recipes that I love in my lifestyle blog posts.
